These terms apply to nattogames.com, operated by Natto Games Pte. Ltd. (“Natto Games”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Separate terms will apply to any game or service we release.

1. About this website

This website is an informational site for a newly founded independent game studio. We describe the studio, share journal entries and list open roles. We do not currently offer games, downloads, accounts, payments or in-app purchases through this site.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the site, link to it and share our public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that breaks any law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or related systems.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including through malware, automated scraping that burdens our infrastructure, or denial-of-service activity.
• Misrepresent your connection to Natto Games or use our name or branding in a misleading way.
• Copy, modify or redistribute substantial parts of the site except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

3. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, illustrations, logos, page designs and code — are owned by Natto Games or used with permission and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The Natto Games name and logo are our trademarks. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them beyond normal, truthful references to the studio.

You may quote a short passage from the journal with attribution and a link, and you may use ordinary browser features to view, print or save pages for personal use.

4. User submissions

If you send us a message, application, portfolio or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us permission to use it to respond to you, assess your enquiry or application, and keep appropriate records.

Please do not send confidential business plans, unreleased game designs or other sensitive material unless we have agreed in writing. We are a small studio and may already be exploring similar ideas; unsolicited submissions do not create a confidential relationship or obligate us to use, pay for or keep them.

5. Job applications

Open roles are listed on the careers page. A listing is not an offer of employment. We may change or withdraw roles at any time. Any employment will be subject to separate written terms, eligibility checks and local law.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or services, such as social platforms or email providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Use them at your own discretion.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may edit, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time, including these terms. The effective date above will change when we do.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current. Information about the studio, our plans and future games is forward-looking and may change.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natto Games and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the site, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
